Fundraiser & Brand Launch

  • Our mission with this project was to thoughtfully and creatively integrate the Fund Her brand into what would have otherwise been any other PAC fundraiser. When thinking of ways to incorporate the brand, we went in the direction of not only finding branded pieces that guests would be happy to take home but that also fundamentally spoke to the mission of Fund Her. We chose activations and giveaways that spoke clearly to the message of the brand, highlighted the importance of the cause, and captured attendee attention with their uniqueness. With an interactive photo station and a fresh take on traditional centerpieces, we gave attendees a break from the expected and created an opportunity for Fund Her’s mission to be amplified with organic engagement across multiple social media platforms. By replacing the traditional step and repeat with an active element, guests could share their own message of why they were excited to support and organization like Fund Her in their own words. The trendy Celfie vases not only tied in the message of female empowerment, but provided the perfect tie in for a memorable, reusable branded gift. In addition to being impactful and cost effective centerpieces, they created another element that attendees were excited to post about. Overall, Creative Reserve was able to elevate the launch event from that of a standard hotel ballroom fundraiser to one that guests felt engaged with and were excited to share the message of.
